Top tier is strawberry cake filled with strawberry jam. Bottom tier is vanilla cake filled with lemon curd and raspberry jam. Vanilla buttercream icing. Flowers are fondant.

Cowboy birthday cake

This was a cowboy cake for a three-year-old's birthday party. Vanilla cake with vanilla buttercream. The hat is made with rice krispie treats and marshmallow fondant, and I hope it made its journey safely! I should've mixed gum tex with the fondant to make it dry harder. It started cracking with the weight of the hat brim hanging off the cake. I actually didn't intend to make the hat that big, it just grew on its own! This was a fun cake to make.

Valentine's Day candy box cake

Heart-shaped chocolate cake covered in ganache and marshmallow fondant. Roses are gumpaste. Bow is fondant. Chocolates are Lindt dark chocolate truffles.

Pretty as a daisy cake

Mom made this perfectly charming cake! It's orange-almond cake with apricot filling, covered in marshmallow fondant. Daisies are gum paste. Bows, ribbons, and balls are fondant.
