I made this cake for my cousin's wedding. She found a picture in a magazine and texted me a picture of the picture, with a warning that it had something like 300 hand-rolled fondant pearls all over it. I'm here to tell you there were many more than 300, but I couldn't stand the thought of counting them so I'll never know for sure how many there were! Thanks to Mom and Emily for their rolling skills.
The cake was almond and the icing was almond buttercream. Pearls were fondant rolled in three shades of shimmer dust.

Happy Mother's Day! We're taking a limited number of orders for this delicious chocolate almond cake with chocolate almond cream cheese frosting. These cakes are usually $28 each, but for Mother's Day, we're offering them for $25 each.
