Katie's wedding cake
Katie's wedding cake! Top tier: butter cake with lemon curd, Swiss meringue buttercream, and fondant. Second tier: vanilla cake, espresso cake, and double chocolate espresso cake with creamy coffee filling, covered with dark chocolate ganache and fondant. Third tier: vanilla almond cake with raspberry filling, Swiss meringue buttercream, and fondant. (Fourth tier is a dummy.)
